GATHER VENDOR AGREEMENT Gather In The County - Saturday, June 15th, 2024 from 10AM – 5PM Crystal Palace, Picton Ontario.Please read the terms and conditions below. COMMITMENT 1) You are in attendance for the entire duration of the market 2) One artist per booth plus one booth assistant if needed 3) You are bringing the works listed in Vendor Contact Information form 4) Proof of liability insurance required by County of Prince Edward 5)Vendors are responsible for all components of their display and must conform to their allotted square footage. There is no hanging on existing walls so we encourage you to bring hard walls for your booth if necessary. BOOTH FEES 10’x 6.5’ - $178 10’x10’ outdoors - $153 4’x8’ - $103 8’x6.5’ - $168 8’x8’ - $178 8’x8’ Bluebird - $178 Booth fees are subject to HST. Payments must be made through the website. This is a rain or shine event and booth fees are non-refundable. REFUNDS No refunds once booths are paid. OPTIONS FOR LOAD IN TIMES Friday June 14th 4PM – 7PM Saturday June 15th 7AM – 9:45AM. Outdoor area set up is Saturday Only. Booths must be fully set-up before the 10AM market start. TAKE DOWN All booths must be taken down and removed from the site no later than 7PM Saturday. SET UP AND TAKE DOWN PROCEDURES When you arrive, please check in at the front gate to register. If you have reserved a table and chair they will be in your booth. Please unload your vehicle and remove it from the festival grounds before setting up your tent/booth and display in order to make room for other vendors loading in. The indoor booths may not use tents. You are responsible for bringing everything needed for set up and take down of your booth including tent (if outdoors) and any other display items. Tents with optional walls are encouraged for outdoors. MONETARY TRANSACTIONS All sales transactions including applicable taxes are your responsibility. Please come prepared with adequate change for customers. Gather organizers will not be able to make change for individual vendors. There is a cash machine on site. Wifi is limited so be prepared to use your data for point of sale transactions. ELECTRICITY There is no electricity available to the outdoor booths and Aisle booths. Only Indoor perimeter booths have available power. We will offer a designated charging station for vendors. Bring your own back up batteries if you have them. INSURANCE Commercial General Liability Insurance for a minimum limit of $2,000,000 per occurrence and coverage shall include but not limited to products and completed operations and contain a cross liability clause. The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward shall be named as an additional insured but only with respect to liability arising out of the operations of the named insured.A copy of your insurance policy will need to be emailed. Details to follow. HOSPITALITY There will be vendor hospitality on site with complimentary coffee, tea and water. Gather discourages the use of plastic water bottles. Please bring a refillable water bottle for use at the water station and mug for hot beverages. There will be a vendor charging station available for your use.
